Lineas Lixi
Chef Executive & Founder
Lixi Lineas is a culinary director and consultant with over 18 years of international experience across fine dining, wellness hospitality, and high-impact concept development.
His culinary journey began in London’s elite gastronomic scene, where he trained under renowned chefs Pierre Koffmann and Éric Chavot. These formative experiences instilled in him the fundamentals of classical French technique, precision, and creative excellence at the highest level of Michelin-starred cuisine.
Lixi went on to lead private residences and international operations for high-net-worth individuals, later taking on senior roles in luxury wellness hospitality. As Culinary Director of SHA Wellness Clinic, he played a defining role in the brand’s global expansion leading the F&B concept for SHA Mexico, shaping its culinary identity, and pioneering plant-based, longevity-driven cuisine that bridges nutrition and pleasure.
He has designed menus and culinary experiences for global events (including Christie’s and Sotheby’s), curated wellness retreats, and collaborated with architects and designers to align kitchen flow with guest emotion and operational excellence.
Now through Whole Sense Consulting, Lixi supports restaurants, boutique hotels, and visionary entrepreneurs in building soulful, high-performing culinary concepts from R&D and kitchen design to team training and brand storytelling.
